Job: Upgrade to linkageless system
Client: Transit Authority, New York
Description: Upgrade of obsolete Clever Brooks Hawk controls, one of which was no longer operational. Upgrade included retrofitting boiler with Honeywell Controlinks, including touchscreen display, actuators and brackets and rewiring control cabinet with integrated 7800 flame safegaurd. A Honeywell PID control was installed for local modulation. The existing Plant master's 4-20mA signal was used for system modulation.

Description: Upgrade of Webster burners on high-pressure Scotch Marine boilers including Honeywell Controlinks upgrade with Honeywell 7800 flame safeguard and valve proving. Installation of Honeywell fuel metering valves.

Description: Upgrade of Clever Brooks low NOx boiler with forced FGR. Retrofitting boiler with Honeywell Conrolinks including fuel, air, and flue gas recirculation control actuators.
